Q. What is your turnaround time?

 

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from art approval. Once your artwork is approved you will immediately be placed on the production schedule for screen printing and/or embroidery.

 

Q. Can you recreate my artwork?

 

Yes, we have an on staff artist ready to tackle any project. All we need is your idea, logo or sketch.

 

Q. What kind of artwork do I need?

 

You can bring in almost any file type and we should be able to open it. Images from the internet lower than 72dpi are not acceptable. If you have a picture it must be 300 dpi at final size to maintain quality. Vector art will be needed in most cases. Here are common formats we use.

.ai (Adobe Illustrator cs2)

.eps (Adobe Illustrator cs2)

.psd (Adobe Photoshop cs4)

.cdr (Corel Draw x4)

 

NOTE: Be sure all text is converted to curves or pathes.

 

Q. What are your standard print sizes?

 

Adult Left or Right Chest 3.5” x 3.5”

Adult Front or Back are generally 12” x 12”

Oversize can be up to 17” x 20”

Jumbo can be up to 20" x 24"

Sleeve Print is generally 3.5” x 15”

Youth Left or Right Chest 3” x 3”

Youth Front or Back are generally 9” x 9”

Youth Front or Back can be up to 10” x 16”
